At Cloverdale Community Centre, we offer welcoming, flexible and community-focused venue hire options across two unique locations – our vibrant Purnell Road site in Corio and the Bisinella Community Centre in Lara.

Whether you are planning a meeting, workshop, training session, community gathering, creative event, performance, celebration or corporate function, our spaces are designed to be accessible and connected to community. Both venues feature a range of adaptable rooms and facilities suitable for small and large groups, with a strong focus on inclusion, creativity and local connection.

Our Purnell Road site reflects the heart of Cloverdale’s community development work, with spaces regularly used for arts, education, wellbeing and grassroots community activities. Please note that the Cloverdale kitchen is no longer available for public hire due to its ongoing commercial and educational use; however, catering services for events and functions are available through LOTUS Cafe.

The Bisinella Community Centre in Lara offers a modern and welcoming environment ideal for community events, programs, professional development sessions and private functions. This site has a small kitchen available.

Please note that all hirers are required to provide a current Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency prior to their booking commencing. This insurance must be independently purchased by the hirer and is a strict condition of venue hire across all Cloverdale-managed facilities.
